IR welding is a non-contact technique<\/strong> and makes it possible to weld large parts with complex geometries or flexible materials.<\/strong><\/p>\n
IR joining goes beyong the limits of hot plate welding through focused radiation fusion. Contactless, this weld is therefore pollution-free, air-tight, it does not alter the color of the parts and does not clog the heating tool<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
The concentration of heat is made only on the welding point, the power consumption is up to 10 times lower than a traditional system.<\/p>\n
As a result, the thermoplastic infrared welding allows the welding of a very wide range of parts (reservoir for brake fluid, hose, filter …).<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
