Technical Sales Representative – Advanced Welding & Peening Technologies
Location:
Home Office based near Hartford, CT (USA)
The employee will divide his time between client visits, presence at our workshops in Hartford, Connecticut, and Birmingham, Alabama and home office.

In the U.S., you will initially represent the activities of SONATS, SONIMAT and GEBE2, providing high-tech equipment for thermoplastic welding, cutting, and ultrasonic peening.
Your Mission
Your goal will be to develop sales in the U.S., focusing on major aerospace and industrial accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline with aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
• Identify new opportunities and engage engineering, production, and purchasing teams
• Conduct direct phone prospecting to generate leads and expand our customer base
• Promote our solutions at trade shows, events, and during client visits
• Work closely with European teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Travel frequently within the U.S. (30–40%) and periodically to our Alabama facility
Profile
• 5 years successful experience in technical sales, ideally in aerospace or industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial processes such as welding, cutting, or materials treatment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Autonomous, with the ability to collaborate with international teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (or equivalent experience).
Located near Hartford, CT, and eligible to work in the U.S.
