A number of military equipment/equipment structures must meet the operating requirements of hostile environments, with high stress and load levels. Reducing the frequency and time taken by the maintenance operations of strategic equipment is a major issue.

SONATS solutions, based on STRESSONIC® technology, allows to respond to fatigue resistance problems but also to reduce stress corrosion phenomena on welded elements and metal structures. The NOMAD portable weld impact treatment equipment, using IUT/HFMI technology, is particularly suitable for treating welds or repairs to an area with cracks.

Many manufacturers or operators trust and have approved our solutions for shot peening and impact treatment (UIT/HFMI) for the construction of new equipment but also increasingly for repairs and maintenance in operational condition.
