Hot plate and infrared welding processes are suitable for plastics and thermoplastics welding of large and complex parts. Both aesthetic, infrared and hot plate welds are air-tight and strong, impossible to dismantle. Our ranges of HPW welders (available in hot plate or infrared technology) have a robust mechanical design, an electric axis and a proven repeatable process. Spin welding for thermoplastics - Spin welders

Spin welders

Spin welding process is used to weld circular thermoplastic parts. One rotating part is axially pressed to the motionless second half. It is a highly repeatable process, easy to automatized and requiring lower investments costs. Our RSW welders with vertical electric axis have open chassis for small and large parts, a high mechanical accuracy (+/-0.02mm) and multiple options. Lear more below.
